Dermasol-N Ointment offers a triple-action formula to effectively manage severe inflammatory skin conditions where a secondary infection is present, suspected, or likely to occur.

1. Potent Anti-Inflammatory Action: Contains Clobetasol Propionate, a very potent corticosteroid, which provides rapid relief from severe inflammation, redness, swelling, and intense itching associated with conditions like recalcitrant eczema and psoriasis.

2. Fights Bacterial Infection: Includes Neomycin Sulphate, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, which targets and eliminates susceptible bacteria that can infect broken or inflamed skin.

3. Prevents/Treats Fungal Infection: Contains Nystatin, an antifungal agent, which is effective against fungi and yeasts, preventing or treating secondary fungal infections in the compromised skin barrier.

4. Targets Complex Skin Issues: It is specifically indicated for complex, severe inflammatory skin disorders that have not responded well to less potent topical treatments and are complicated by a mix of bacterial and/or fungal involvement.
